Subject: Service Organizational Announcement
In an effort to improve our field service support, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Iams to Manager of Field Service. Since Matt’s hire in July of 2019, he has provided exceptional field support. Matt came to us from Kiemle-Hankins Company with a background in the power industry where he was responsible for quality testing and field repair of medium voltage switchgear. Matt’s primary focus will be to provide management and direct response to all field service issues and activities. The new reporting structure, see attached organization chart, will have Doug Gault and Bryan Baldwin reporting directly to Matt. Matt will report to directly me.
